We accept credit card and paypal on the website system for now. If there is an error, please email blog@globalfromasia.com and try to show us any screenshots or text messages of errors or mixups and we will work to sort you out as soon as possible.
We understand life changes and you may not be able to attend a workshop or event at Global From Asia. Please refer to our terms of service for the amount of days notice before the event so we can fill your seat.
During your checkout process there is a field towards the bottom to apply your coupon.
Yes! We are “Global From Asia” after all - and Wechat payment is dominating in China and even other parts of Asia. We have an official Wechat account “globalfromasia” you can add - or you can scan our QR code for payment on globalfromasia.com/wechat - so to checkout on our system and pay by Wechat - select Check payment, and then pay us manually, and then we will mark you as paid in the system.

Making Courses

You may have started with a personal account name and now want to make it more professional and update it to a business username. This needs to be done manually by our IT department, please send an email to blog@globalfromasia.com and we will take care of it.
While we recommend you stay subscribed to our emails to get notifications on new students for your course and other requirements, if you’d like to be removed from our emails please click the unsubscribe at the footer of the email. If any technical issues, don’t hesitate to email us at blog@globalfromasia.com and we will sort it out.
There is a tab in your profile, check https://experts.globalfromasia.com/profile and change it there. If you forgot your password, there is a link “forgot password” at the bottom of the login page to do so.
If you have created an account and submitted a course - first we need to ensure that it was approved by our admin team. If it hasn’t yet been approved, then it will not show in your account. If it is approved - then there is a technical issue. Regardless, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at blog@globalfromasia.com and explain the situation.
